Community Sound Bath

After a week of different activities, work, some stress and what nots, you deserve to take some time to reward yourself! What a better way to do it than by being able to relax for a full hour while enjoying the magical sounds of different instruments that will help you de-stress, calm, and re-charge your energy for the weekend.

Come and meet other like-minded people and together create a harmonious soul gathering.

In this even we will:

• Start with an energy circle
• Heart activation through a guided short meditation
• Set personal and global intentions
• Bathe under the sounds of magical instruments
• Enjoy the "sound of silence"
• End with another energy circle and some grounding.

What you need:  A yoga mat and/or blanket, water and wear comfortable clothes. 

NOTE: If you're visiting Sedona and don't have a yoga mat/blanket, one will be provided!

Make sure to  have your cell phone either off or on airplane mode.

Consider arriving 10 minutes prior so we can start on time. The goal of this event is for you to relax; therefore, door will be locked, and nobody will be able to come in once we begin.

Price: $22.00 per person, paid at the door.
